osian graduated from kingston university with a degree in furniture design in 2008he has worked in product, interior + exhibition design, with clients including bombay sapphire, nicholas kirkwood + kent university. his design work has featured in many publications + national press. osian's practice is contemporary in its emphasis on sustainability + re-use, through using forest stewardship council approved wood + materials sourced from reclamation yards + other waste streams

marcus beck + simon macro gained first class honours in fine art at manchester metropolitan university + university of brighton respectively. after graduating marcus concentrated on the production of limited edition furniture, while simon worked with renowned designer thomas heatherwick. having known each other since childhood + sharing the same design ideals, marcus + simon combined to establish freshwest in 2005located in pembrokeshire, west wales, freshwest embraces both experimental + functional design which is driven by their desire to realise ideas. self initiated concept pieces are at the heart of the studio, however the commercial aspect of freshwest has seen them win awards + contracts in furniture, interiors + branding
